We all know how bad news can dominate over good. And we’ve all seen how a reputation that is based on a small number of much-repeated stories can take over. In contrast, the positive stuff, the hard work that goes on all day, every day can often get overlooked – or recognised by just a small number of people. That’s why I’m only too happy to be part of the team behind a new blog to celebrate and connect Nottingham’s creative, digital, IT and arts communities. A serious intention indeed, but CreativeNottingham is also about having fun and keeping in touch with all the interesting activities going on across Nottinghamshire.
