Having the conversation 14 September 2009

As I grated cheese last Saturday, I thought about a conversation I had had earlier that day. It took place at my local market. It was a friendly chat about the best choice of cheese, why this particular one was the right one for me and just how good it tastes with crackers. Ok, just a little thing, but I found it interesting that grating a small piece of mature cheddar could bring up all those positive associations. It’s similar to the conversation that copy can have with your customers – with the effect of creating memorable and lasting connections. Isn’t that the kind of conversation we all want to have?
