Doing the maths 1 December 2009

The writing was on the wall. The new client asked me to update their product brochure. At first glance, it seemed straightforward. Then as I got to know them, I could see something out of place. What they wanted me to write and what they had to offer just didn’t match. So then we had great fun working out what was special about them and making sure the copy said it all. Now they have a message that adds up.
