The client:
An ambitious accountancy service offering support to small and medium-sized businesses.
What they needed:
The company was working hard at growing its client list and wanted to build on relationships with current and potential customers through a regular e-newsletter. The copy needed to create interest in the company’s services and differentiate it from its competitors.
What they got:
For the first newsletter, I worked with the company’s Director to identify relevant topics and to agree how to present them. I then created a style that reflected the company and highlighted the value of its services. The regular newsletter helps keep customers up to date and engaged with what the company has to offer them.
