David Mitchell's rant on inaccurate signs 9 September 2010
David Mitchell has popped up on the Green Light Copywriting blog before as a recognised supporter of sanity when it comes to all things content and writing-related. Not that I always agree with him. However I did enjoy his recent rant-by-video on public signs – or as he describes it ‘the mere act of writing something on something’. Entertaining, yes. And road information overload has now become a political issue. But is our local comic and custodian of language making a valid point or just taking it all too literally?
