It’s only a small thing. But signs like this simply ask to be ignored. Or worse – to be used as customer entertainment. Spotted in a Nottingham city centre department store, this is writing that sends out the wrong kind of message. We see the mistakes, not the good intentions. But that’s the impact of letting your copy go down the toilet.
