Green Light's '08 highlights 29 December 2008
The mince pies have nearly all gone and the January sales are upon us already. So let’s look back and celebrate the year just passing. 2008 has certainly been an interesting time, for all of us. And for Green Light Copywriting.
Green Light has helped give all kinds of businesses, from a national windows and doors manufacturer, to a hynotherapist, to a major energy company, a fresh perspective in their communications. As always, it’s been a good year for getting to know and understand what many different kinds of clients need from their particular web content or print copy.
2008 has also been great for networking. Formal, informal, over lunch, early morning, even at a special burlesque evening event! It’s been a great year for meeting new friends and supporters.
It was time to eat cake and celebrate in July when Green Light celebrated turning five! Then in November, my careers book was published!
So farewell 2008 and welcome 2009. There’s no doubt there are challenges ahead, considering the times we’re living through. But looking forwards, it has been proven that people investing in great content and design for their communications do better in a recession than those who don’t. It’s all about being prepared. So look out for new Green Light approaches for your copy and communications in 2009. See you then.
